Health Innovation Network and My Home Life are delighted to announce the third South London Care Home Pioneer Programme – a FREE leadership support and professional development programme for care home managers to advance their skills, facilitate personal growth and enable them to effectively manage the complex everyday issues that impact on the quality of their service.

The Pioneer Programme is open to care home managers of residential and nursing homes for older adults and we are particularly keen to attract registered nurse managers as part of the cohort. The programme will run over a 10-month period from March 2020 to January 2021, guided and supported by professional coaches and facilitators from the HIN and My Home Life.

The Care Home Pioneer Programme will use Action Learning techniques which involve experiential learning througha continuous process of action, learning and reflection, supported  by colleagues, with an intention of improvingpractice. The free programme, which would normally cost each Care Home £1,800 will consist of a combination of four one-day meetings and seven monthly half-day sessions.
