PRSB Personalised Care and Support Planning Information Standards

PRSB Personalised Care and Support Planning Information Standard is currently progressing as an information standard under the Health and Social Care Act (2012) and will be submitted to the Data Alliance Partnership Board (DAPB) for acceptance in the second half of this year. (DAPB replaces DCB and successor organisations SCCI and ISB.). As part of this process NHSE/I and the Health Innovation Network are working with Professional Records Standard Body to host this workshop as a means of engaging with Health and Social Care providers and other key stakeholders throughout the system to inform them on the work/change that is being carried out and get feedback on: · What the standard aims to achieve · The burden of implementing the proposed record standard · The impact of adopting SNOMED CT (an existing information standard, SCCI0034) in this context · The time frame for compliance
